In-home senior care that leads with grace.

Adom Health Care helps older adults live safely and independently at home, with caregivers who listen, remember what matters to them, and treat them like family, not a task on a list.

Why families choose Adom

Care that leads with grace.

Adom means grace, and it's the standard we hold ourselves to in every home we enter. We don't just show up. We sit down, we listen, and we get to know the person in front of us before we ever talk about a care plan.

Every caregiver is chosen not just for skill, but for patience, warmth, and human connection, and the ability to build trust and rapport with their clients.

While our focus is helping older adults age well at home, we also support adults recovering from surgery, managing chronic illness, or living with a disability. Just ask.

A coordinating team that knows your story.

Your family's plan is shared across a small, consistent care team, so you're never repeating your story to someone new every time you call.

The care you need

Two levels of support, one caring team

Care with Adom is designed to grow with you, starting with everyday home support and moving into hands-on health care as needs change.

Level 1: Home Care
Level 2: Health Care

Home Care Services

Everyday, non-medical support that helps someone stay comfortable and independent at home.

Companion Care

Conversation and quality time, like a walk, a card game, or just company over lunch.

Respite Care

Seamless coverage so family caregivers get a real chance to rest.

Transitional Support

Help getting home safely after surgery or a hospital stay.

Household Support

Light housekeeping, meal preparation, and help with errands.

24-Hour Presence

Overnight or round-the-clock company for extra peace of mind.

Transportation & Errands

Rides to appointments, groceries, and time outside the home.

Health Care Services

Health Care is the second level of support, and is usually a progression from Home Care as needs become more medical. These services are provided by health workers with a graded designation of accreditation: Personal Care or Support Workers, Health Care Aides, Home Support Workers, Licensed Practical Nurses, Registered Practical Nurses, or Registered Nurses. Depending on the person and the care plan built from your assessment, Adom Health Care can provide:

Alzheimer's Nurturing

The number of men and women experiencing mild to extensive degrees of Alzheimer's is increasing and is expected to reach epidemic proportions. As Alzheimer's progresses, it becomes increasingly important to keep the patient in familiar surroundings, but this can put a tremendous strain on the family, both mentally and physically. Adom Health Care works closely with the patient and family members to ensure comfort for everyone involved, assigning health workers who specialize in the unique issues of Alzheimer's to enrich the patient's daily living.

Foot Care

Usually misunderstood in importance, proper foot care is essential, whether the concern comes from diabetes, vascular disease, or simple neglect. The foot requires careful attention for continued comfort, mobility, and infection control. Services include nail cutting, corn and callus control, infection cleansing, and appliance or pad application.

Wound Care

Accidents or the progression of disease can create situations where preventative management is required to fight infection and further complications. A health worker works in conjunction with the case physician to keep wounds under control and facilitate healing.

Basic Personal Care

Bathing, washing, and other personal hygiene care can be provided to ensure cleanliness and dignity are maintained.

Palliative Care

One of the most sensitive areas in health management is caring for a friend or loved one whose prognosis is terminal. A comfortable family home allows a loved one to spend their precious time surrounded by love and memories, and Adom Health Care can help make the arrangements to make this possible, whether as respite care to let family take a break or as round-the-clock loving care. Our health worker will be there during the most difficult time.

Home care FAQs

How personalized in-home care works

What is home care?

Home care is personalized support provided where you live. Depending on your needs, it can include help with personal care, meals, transportation, mobility, household tasks, medication reminders, companionship, and other everyday routines.

How does in-home care work?

It starts with understanding what you need. Your Adom coordinator talks with you about routines, preferences, and goals, then builds a customized care plan and matches you with a caregiver. Care can range from a few visits a week to around-the-clock support.

Is home care only for people who need a lot of help?

No. Home care can begin with just a little support, like help with meals, transportation, or household routines, and scale up as needs change over time.

What's the difference between home care and home health care?

Home care generally focuses on everyday, non-medical support: personal care, meals, transportation, and companionship. Home health care refers to medical services provided by licensed professionals like nurses or therapists. The two can also work together.

How do I find out if Adom serves my area?

Use the consultation form above with your postal code, or call us directly. A coordinator will confirm availability in your area right away.
